| Please examine your parts carefully. Missing, Damaged or
unwanted parts must be reported within 14 days from date of invoice.
Unwanted parts must be returned within 14 days for credit or exchange and
will be subject to a RESTOCKING CHARGE of 20% post and packing will not be
refunded. After 14 days no returns will be accepted. All of our listings are for guidance only, please check details of listing with pictures before ordering, and that your motorcycle has not been altered causing incorrect parts to be ordered, if goods have to be returned we will not refund postage for original delivery, or for goods to be returned. Delivery in the UK will be by First Class post for packages up to 2Kg, and by Business Post for packages over 2Kg. Business Post delivery is a next day service after dispatch, and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Outside the UK delivery will be First Class post up to 2Kg, and Parcel Force over 2Kg. Deliveries sent via Business Post will require a signature, if incorrect delivery address is specified, or changed, an extra £24.00 delivery charge will apply, (This is a Business Post Charge not ours) please make sure details are correct and someone is available to accept delivery and details are correct. All products are subject to availability. If products are unavailable, we will try to contact you as soon as possible. Product prices are for a single item, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter the price of any product shown on this site at any time. If a price is different from that which you ordered, we will contact you so that you may cancel the order if you wish. We do not send substitute parts where the ordered item is unavailable. If , however, an alternative part is available, we will contact you with the option to amend your order or cancel. Orders will be processed immediately on receipt, but goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared. Goods will normally be sent within 48 hours of payment (not Sundays or Bank Holidays). We will not be responsible for consequential losses caused by late delivery or loss by the carrier. We will not be responsible for consequential losses that may arise through any parts supplied, or fitted by the purchaser of the parts supplied, or fitted by a third party of the parts supplied. Products supplied by us are guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 6 months from date of dispatch, unless the part is to be fitted, in which case the guarantee is for 3 months (provided the part is fitted by a suitably qualified person). In the event that a part is faulty, please return it to us for replacement or repair at our discretion. Claims for products lost or damaged during transit must be made in writing. Damaged products must be returned to for inspection prior to a replacement being sent. Incorrectly dispatched or faulty items can be returned at our cost for refund or replacement. Unwanted items may be returned at the customers expense for refund or credit. Please note: A re-stocking charge of 20% may be applied at our discretion in this case. We accept all major credit cards including, Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron. You can also pay by cheque made payable to 123 Bikes.co.uk. Please note that cheque clearance can take as much as seven days. |
